Lt. Consalo marks his 20th year as a dedicated career FF/EMT with Christiana. Lt. Consalo has received several awards and citations while employed by CFC and was also a founding member of IAFF Local 4417 for the combination system within NCC. Lt. Consalo was promoted to Lt. in November of 2015 as Shift Commander of C Shift and since then has managed our part time schedule while also developing the company's Mental Health Resilience and Peer Support Program. In 2022, Lt. Consalo Completed The NJ State Association Of Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Academy. Lt. Consalo is also a big history enthusiast and you can find him passing his knowledge off to active members regarding CFC and the north east region. When Lt. Consalo is not at work he can be found most of the year participating in baseball activities with his three sons: Chase, Josh, & Joey.
