Dave in the past served as Captain at station 3, Assistant Chief at station 12 and recenetly as Assistant Chief in Charge of the Fleet Division where he did a outstanding job developing maintenance schedules and plans that are currently still in use today. He also serves on the apparatus replacement committee.
