Currently Assistant Chief at station 12. Minh has previously served as Assistant Chief at station 12, Rescue Captain and Ladder Captain. He has received the Christiana Fire Company Chief's Award and numerous Life Saving Awards. Minh is currently on the New Castle County special ops team as well as Lead on Christiana's Special ops team.
