Life Member/Firefighter/EMT. Tom has served as Treasurer, Public Information Officer, Director, Treasurer, Vice President and President. He was the President of the New Castle County Volunteer Firefighters Association in 2005. Tom served on DEMSOC from 2006-2007.  He served as 2009 DVFA Conference Committee Chair, as well as on the Law & Legislative Committee. Tom has been twice awarded the Christiana Fire Company President's Award.
