On January 28th at 1709 a level two response (2-1) was alerted in Hickory Woods for a shed on fire. While units were responding the run was upgraded to a house on fire. Engine 12 arrived and reported a shed on fire with extension to a house. The Engine secured a water supply and got a attack line on the fire. Rescue Engine 6 arrived along with Engine 15 and took their assignments by procedure. The fire was contained and searches were negative. Units remained on the scene for 1 hour. On January 29th Ambulance 6 was responding to an emergency when they came upon a MVC with a person trapped. Rescue Engine 6 responded as well as Engine 12 and Ladder 12 who were clearing a fire alarm. Rescue Engine 6 arrived and performed a side wall removal and moved the patient to Ambulance 6. The patient was transported to Christiana Trauma center as a trauma alert. On January 29th Christiana Fire Company was alerted to a MVC overturned on Rt 1 at the Christiana Mall. Engine 12 and Ladder 12 arrived to find a car on his side with a person trapped. The car was stabilized and the roof of the car was removed. The patient was moved to the ambulance and transported with Medic 2B as a Trauma alert to Christiana Trauma center.
