Coverage Area

The Christiana Fire Company is the busiest fire company in Delaware with one of the busiest Engines and Ladders in the nation covering 36 square miles in our first due fire district, which consists of 1/7th of the states entire population. Our fire district encompasses major roadways such as Interstate 95, DE Rt 1, & Rt 40, as well as the States largest hospital and shopping mall. Our units also run automatic mutual aid with 8 bordering districts.
