It is with great pleasure to announce that Jeff Miller has been promoted to Chief of Communications for New Castle County. Chief Miller is "One of Our Own" and will serve the Fire, EMS and Police fields with exceptional duty. Chief Miller is a friend of CFC and we say "Congrats" for his accomplishment!
