Third fire in three days - Georgetown Apts

A box alarm was transmitted for a multiple dwelling fire in the Georgetown Apartments on Christiana Rd. Engine 12 and the District commander responded immediately. Both units arrived with nothing showing from the exterior. The crew secured a water supply and stretched an attack line. A fire was found in a 2nd floor apartment and quickly contained. Ladder 28 provided the primary search which proved negative. 3 Engines and a Truck operated for 30 minutes. There were no injuries.
The next morning Christiana was alerted to a MVC with one trapped. Engine 12 arrived and performed a side wall removal. The patient was taken to Christiana Trauma center with A12 and Medic 2A. Crews cleared in 20 minutes.
