Two Working Fires - Delaware City

On October 1st at 0140hrs Engine 12 was alerted to a trailer fire in box 2165 Murry Manor Trailer park. Engine 21 arrived to find smoke showing. A line was stretched and the trailer was searched. Engine 12 arrived and was assigned RIT by command. The crew assembled the RIT equipment and stood by. The crew was released in one hour.
On Oct 4th at 0548 Christiana Fire Company was alerted to a residential fire in Delaware City on Clinton St. 1st arriving units found fire showing from the rear of the home with reports of multiple people trapped inside. Quint 15(DCFD) and Engine 29(Port Penn FD) rescued 3 people from the home. Engine 12(Christiana Fire Company) arrived and completed the searches and extinguished the remaining hot spots. Engine 12 cleared the scene 3 hours later.
