MVC with Entrapment - I-95 at Route 1

On Aug 28th at 1116 Christiana Fire Company and Minquas Fire Company was alerted for a MVC at I95 SB at Route 1 SB. Engine 126 and Rescue 23 arrived at the same time to find one person trapped in a car with a head injury. A paramedic unit was requested and the extrication tools were used to remove the patient. B12 and Medic 2B transported one patient to Christiana Trauma center. Units cleared in about 30 minutes.
