Engine 12, Ladder 12, & Mutual Aid handle a multi car MVC on I-95 with one person trapped. Several vehicles were involved including a tanker truck. Battalion 12(Lund) had the Christiana Command. Numerous drivers/occupants were evaluated and/or transported to Christiana ER, as Haz-Mat 30 was called in to handle a leak from the tractor trailer.
