Engine 12, Tower 12 and Battalion 12 responded to assist 28 on a resdential Box alarm. BC12 arrived on scene of a 3 story apartment building with smoke showing from the eves. BC12(Consalo) assumed the Wilmington Manor Command as E12 layed out from the nearby hydrant and deployed their handline. Tower 12 arrived and intiated searches followed RE28, RE15 an other mutual aid. E12 located a fire in the ceiling of a third floor apartment and made a quick knock as Tw12 opened up and completed searches.The family was assessed for minor smoke but not transported. The scene was turned over to FM18.
