On Tuesday September 27th, Christiana and automatic aid companies were dispatched to the Brandywine Woods Apartments in the 1218 grid, for a multi residential structure fire. Two lines were stretched, one in operation for a small fire held in check by the sprinkler system. This was Asst. Chief Godek’s last fire as the Incident Commander before his retirement.
