Engine 12 and Squad 12 responded to the 28 box for an apartment fire with people trapped. Rescues were made prior to fire department arrival. Crews from Christiana arrived later in the box and assisted with searches in exposures and working on the fire extension in the attic. #ChristianaFire @ New Castle County, Delaware
