May 27, 2009 At approximately 3 pm Stations 3-6-12 and Rescue 23 (Minquas) were dispatched to Route 1 and Interstate 95 for an MVC w/ ejection. 12-6 arrived on location and found single vehicle into the guard rail with one patient lying on the roadway approximately 10 feet from the vehicle. 12-6 Officer (Captain Billy Anderson) assumed the Route One Command. Crews worked on stabilizing the patient until the arrival of Christian Ambulance B-12 and Medic 2. Command held units on scene until the incident was turned over to the Delaware State Police.
