Rest In Peace DSP Cpl./1 Stephen J. Ballard.  The members and Staff of the Christiana Fire Company continue to show support to our brothers in blue, and Cpl. Ballard’s family.  Today, several Volunteers and Staff Members applied the “Thin Blue Line” to some of our fire apparatus and BLS units to honor Cpl./1 Ballard and the entire law enforcement family.
