Engine 12, Ladder 12 and Battalion 12 (Lund) were responding to a report of a kitchen fire on the fifth floor of Main Towers when a call for MVC was received for Pulaski Hwy and Quintilio Dr. The MVC was reported as car on fire people trapped. Deputy Chief 8 released Ladder 12 from the Main Towers box as well as BC12. Engine 15, Ladder 12, EMS and ALS were assigned. BC12 arrived to find four cars involved, four injuries, two ALS. One car had a running fuel fire. Haz Mat was assigned to the incident. E12 cleared the fire and arrived delayed into the MVC.
