On November 11th a Engine 12 was clearing a MVC on Interstate I95 when a box alarm was sounded for the Villas Apts of Christiana Rd. Engine 12 and Deputy Chief 12 arrived to find a multiple dwelling with smoke showing. A water supply was established and an attack line was stretched. The fire was quickly controlled and confined to the kitchen area. Searches were negative. Units cleared in 40 minutes. There were no injuries.
