On December 5th at 1:50 PM Engine 126 was clearing a motor vehicle crash at the Christiana Mall Complex when they were alerted by the New Castle County Fireboard to assist the Goodwill Fire Company (Station 18) on a working dwelling fire. The fire was on Dudley Drive in Llangolen Estates. Upon arrival the crew of 126 threw ground ladders, searched the 2nd floor, assisted with fire suppression and helped with extensive overhaul. 126 was in service for 3 ½ hours. Units assisting: Wilmington Manor Ladder 28 and Engine 32, Holloway Terrace Rescue 20, Delaware City Engine and Ladder 15, Port Penn RIT 29.
