The Christiana Fire Company is excited and proud to release a year in review video for 2023. This year was another busy year for the company’s dedicated membership. Our membership is comprised of full time career firefighter/EMTs, volunteer firefighters, full time career EMTs and part time EMTs. All of whom play important and critical roles to the success and carrying out of our daily mission to provide the highest quality of service.
This year the company responded to 16,465 calls for service. The following is a condensed list of the calls that the company responded to:

•Full Time Career Firefighter/EMT: At the moment of this post we do not have openings for this position. However we recommend anyone interested in future positions follow our Facebook and Instagram to ensure they see future employment postings. We also recommend those interested in this position start with the company as part time EMTs. After all it is the best way to acclimate yourself with the company and the membership.
•Volunteer Firefighter: We are always looking to recruit new volunteer firefighters. In order to begin this process you must schedule three (3) observational ride alongs by emailing [email protected]. At the completion of your ride alongs we will provide you with a company application.
•Full Time Career EMT: At the moment of this post we do not have openings for this position. However we recommend anyone interested in future positions follow our Facebook and Instagram to ensure they see future employment postings. We also recommend those interested in this position start with the company as part time EMTs. After all it is the best way to acclimate yourself with the company and the membership.
•Part Time EMTs: We ARE hiring part time EMTs. Applications for this position can be found on our website ChristianaFire.org under the resources tab. They can be dropped off to Station 12 in person or by mail to the attention of Assistant Chief Speakman.
