Originally operated by the Delaware City Fire Company, but aquired by CFC in late 2022.

Special Operations 12 is a HACSR equipped Support Unit for the New Castle County High Angle, Confine Space Rescue Team.

CFC and NCC Rescue Technicians respond with Special Ops 12 throughout New Castle County as well as calls for mutual aid from around the region.
