House fire, Two MVC's - Bear

On Wednesday October 24th 2012, I95 box 0995 was sounded for a MVC with rollover. As units responded the 911 center advised a occupied bus was involved. Additional calls were received reporting subject(s) trapped in the car. Deputy Chief 9 arrived and established I-95 Command. One patient was pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger of the car was extricated and then transported by A7 and Medic 6D. Two patients were transported from the bus with minor injuries. In total, three patients were transported. Rescue/ Engine 12, Engine 6 and A12 cleared in 30 minutes. On October 25th at 0547 box 1234 was sounded for a basement fire in a private dwelling. The call was received as a fire alarm then upgraded to a basement fire when a 911 call was received from the resident. Engine 12 arrived established a water supply and stretched an attack line. The crew was met by smoke coming from the front door. Rescue /Engine 3 arrived and assumed first special service. The engine crew was able to use the basement steps to access the fire. The fire was controlled with one hand line. Searches proved negative. Units operated for 40 minutes. There were no injuries. Units on the scene were: E12,E23,RE 3,RE28,Ladder 9,R15 Deputy 6, ALS21, M6A,FMO On October 26th Christiana was alerted to a motorcycle MVC on Pulaski Hwy at Fairwinds. Deputy Chief 12 arrived to find two injures with one person trapped. Duty Engine 32 and A12 arrived and went to work treating both injuries. Rescue /Engine 12 arrived and assisted with extrication and treatment. Medic 7D and A12 transported one injury with A6 transporting the other. Rescue /Engine 3 and Engine 6 were operating at a MVC at Summit Bridge Rd and Pulaski highway during the above incident. Christiana responded to 9 runs between 1830 and 2330.
