On June 6th Engine 12 was alerted as part of a University of Delaware Box for a reported electrical fire at Willard Hall at the University Northwest Complex. Engine 9 and Deputy Chief 9 arrived with smoke showing from the B side. Engine 9 found an electrical fire on the second floor. Engine 12 was detailed to check for extension and assist placing the 400 foot attack line in place. The fire was quickly controlled and the assignment was scaled back to 2-1. Engine 12 cleared in 30 minutes.
