On January 20th at 2140 hours tactical box 2730 was sounded for a detached garage on fire. The address was on Buck Jersey Rd off Howell School Rd. Engine 3 arrived with a two bay garage with fire showing. The crew laid a supply line but the hydrant was beyond their hose capability. Engine 6 arrived and completed the supply line. Command - Chief 27 (Bailey) requested two tankers be added to the assignment. Engine 3 got water on the fire with a 300 ft attack line. Crews from Middletown, Port Penn,Aetna and Chesapeake City remained on the scene for two hours wetting down hot spots. There were no injuries.
