Just before 1400 hrs, E12 and TWR12 responded for a propane leak in the waterford MHP. Units arrived to find a 1000 pound tank which was damaged while crews where attempting to moved it from the ground. Crews evacuated the area as BC12 arrived and upgraded to a gas box with the addition of DNREC and Haz Mat 30. The tank was left to drain out as a safe area was established. Crews remained on scene for about 3 hours.
