The second of 3 fires in less than 24 hours was a first due apartment fire. The third picture is Christiana Fire’s Chief of Department, Kevin Cowperthwait, commanding the fire. Next to Chief Cowperthwait is the current Christiana Fire Company President, Brian Reeder. President Reeder is a former Christiana Fire Chief of Department, now Chief Emeritus, and is also currently a volunteer chief officer with @delawarecity_fd15.
