Chief, Engine and Tower 12 responded to Wilmington Manor this afternoon for an apartment fire. Engine 28 arrived to find a fire in a first floor apartment. Engine 12 arrived as the third due engine, completed a forward lay from a secondary hydrant and established the RIT. Tower 12 arrived as the first due special service, completed the primary searches of the fire apartment, the outside team laddered the fire building and the crew ventilated the fire apartment.
