Deputy Chief, Cowperthwait Retires from the NCCEMS!

Congrats to Christiana Deputy Chief Kevin Cowperthwait on his retirement today from 28 years as a NCC Paramedic. Kevin's last assignment was Medic 4 from Fire Station 11 (Brandywine Hundred). Thank you all to attended his "Blowing Out" Ceremony, especially his partner David Lawrence for making sure Kevin didn't run out before the end of his shift!!! Kevin continues his duties of Public Service to the citizens of New Castle County as the Deputy Fire Chief of our department so he won't be completely missed!! Congrats again Kevin and good luck in everything you choose to do!
