On September 21st Engine 12 was alerted to a fire alarm at 410 Eagle Run Rd. Engine 12 was clearing a MVC and responded. The Engine arrived to find a four story hotel with the occupants stating there was smoke on the fourth floor. A box alarm was transmitted as the Engine crew stretched an attack line. The Engine found a fire in a fourth floor room and knocked down the fire. Ladder 9 arrived and searched the fourth floor with negative findings. The box assignment operated for one hour. There were no injuries.
