Rental Details

  • Hall set up is provided in the cost of the rental
    • Tables and chairs
    • Cake and gift tables, head tables (skirts provided for these tables by Sherm's Catering)
  • 8 and 10 person round tables
  • 8 foot rectangular tables for gifts/buffet/wedding party
  • Renting party is responsible for decorations
    • No confetti or rice is permitted in the hall
    • Decorations may not be secured to the walls or ceiling in any manner
    • No fog machines are permitted

Christiana Fire Company Memorial hall offers complimentary champagne for the bridal party and 2 family tables.

  • Champagne can be purchased per bottle for the guest tables

  • Bartenders are Fire Company volunteers, certified by the state and professional
    • Our Bartenders reserve the right to refuse to serve, (but not limited to), the following:
      • Anyone without picture ID
      • Anyone we believe is intoxicated
      • Anyone who is found to provide alcohol to minors
  • Hall and bar staff will ask unruly and disruptive guest to leave the premises immediately
  • Bartenders will contact transportation for guests who are too intoxicated to drive
  • Christiana Fire Company and its members want to see that everyone makes it home safe after having a great time
  • Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or taken out of our facility

Rental Fees

  • Friday and Saturday
    • Non-refundable deposit required
    • Balance due two weeks prior to event
  • Sunday
    • Non-refundable deposit required at time of contract signing
    • Various time packages available
    Monday - Thursday
    • Hourly rentals available
