On November 29th 2009 Stations 3,6 & 12 and Medic 6 were alerted to the MVC with Pedestrian struck. Rescue Engine 12-6 made the response with 6 under the command of Captain Billy Anderson Jr. BLS B3 arrived on scene with 1 person on a bicycle struck by auto. ALS-21 advised Fireboard that he had a trauma code. BLS B-6 and B-12 arrived and assisted with patient care and packaging. Rescue Engine 12-6 arrived on scene and captain Anderson Jr took the sunset lake command. 12-6 along with station fire police controlled traffic shutting down sunset lake rd. B-3 and Medic 6 transported 1 patient to CER. Driver of the Vehicle had no injuries. Scene was turned over to DSP and command was terminated and Units went available. Units On scene: Rescue Engine 12-6, BLS B3, B6, B12, ALS 21, Medic 6, Delaware State Police and Delaware State Fire Police.
