Engine 12, Tower 12, Battalion Chief 12, & mutual aid handle a first due house fire in the 1222 grid this morning. Crews held the fire to the garage with minor extention into the house as searches were found to be negative. BC12(Speakman) had the Christiana Command. One occupant was treated on scene for minor burns.
