On April 11th at 1950 hours Ambulance A12,B12, Engine 12, Ladder 12 and Medic 2A responded to a MVC trapped at Christiana Bypass near Rt 1. Units arrived to find a T bone type crash with one person trapped. Crews worked for 25 minutes to remove the trapped person. Both ambulances transported one person each to Christiana trauma center. Units cleared in one hour.
